aboutDr.Wong is a Harvard Fellowship Trained Hand and Microsurgeon. Completing this sub-specialty fellowship in Boston, he trained with world renowned plastic and orthopedic surgeons at The Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Boston, The Shriner’s Hospital for Children, and The New England Baptist Hospital.

Endoscopic surgery of the hand and wrist, along with the ability to perform microsurgical procedures are the skills that Dr.Wong acquired during his time in Boston. He also refined his open surgical skills in performing the most common of hand procedures including carpal tunnel surgery.

Dr. Wong completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona, where he studied general biology and minored in chemistry, math, and physics. He then attended Osteopathic Medical School in Kansas City, Missouri before going on to complete six years of general surgery training at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield.

Dr.Wong is affiliated with Kern Medical, Adventist Hospitals, and Dignity Hospitals Mercy Truxtun and Mercy Southwest.

In his free time Dr.Wong enjoys home renovation, outdoor activities, cars, cooking, photography, and trying to keep up with his dog.
